The Unicersity of Chicago's Center for Elementary Math and Science Education (CEMSE) will begin it's teacher data collection today. Below is a link that explains the process:

Additionally two documents have been sent to building EMLs providing quick facts about the CEMSEs data collection and some FAQs that teachers often inquire about. If you've not yet received them or reviewed them please ask your building EML. Otherwise you can contact me and I will share the information with you. You can find these same documents in our SPS Elementary Math Edmodo group.
In summary every teacher is being asked to complete to questionnaires during the fall of 2012. One questionnaire regarding Math Instruction and another pertaining to Science Instruction.

Teachers will have from Tuesday November 6th, 2012 until the end of the day Monday, November 19th, 2012 to complete the questionnaires.
