Check this great resource out by clicking the following link, Triangles. This allows students to start with any type of triangle and then move and adjust any of the vertices in order to change the shape of the triangle. As scholars move the vertices of the triangle the degrees adjust immediately and the angles are constantly added in the upper corner displaying the constant 180 degrees. This is a great tool to use at home or in the classroom to demonstrate different types of triangles and obtuse and acute angles. Could be especially fun for students to explore with on a Promethean Board or an iPad. Enjoy!
